 in response to lucky J...   Try you local one-stop, or workforce agency. You will have to put in some effort, but they may have the funding you are looking for at no charge to you in order for you to go to colledge or recive career training

 in response to Beardoc...   Yes, Werner will provide training, and yes they will simply deduct the money for training right out of your paycheck, and yea you can leave when you want, however... If you think your gonna go somwhere else, they will screw you on your DAC report! Then the other company will be hesitant on hiring you, and you will get next to nothing on your miles. Just food for thought... :)
